About this prototype

Shoosha Tribe is an approval-first prototype for planning simulated influencer outreach. It can store influencer contact records and campaign drafts supplied by approved workspace users, but it does not send real campaign emails.

Influencer and campaign data

Approved workspace users may upload a CSV containing influencer contact and profile information, such as names, business email addresses, social handles, platforms, locations, audience sizes, and content categories. The app validates the file in the browser and stores the resulting contact records in the protected workspace. The original CSV file is not retained by Shoosha Tribe.

Contact records, campaign drafts, approval decisions, and simulated schedules are used only to operate the outreach-planning workflow. They are not used to train advertising profiles and are not sent to campaign recipients from this prototype.

Google sign-in information

When you choose “Continue with Google,” Google provides a verified account identifier and email address. Shoosha Tribe uses this information only to confirm that your account is on the approved access list and to create a temporary signed-in session.

Shoosha Tribe does not request permission to read your Gmail inbox, view your messages or contacts, access Google Drive, or send email from your Google account.

Cookies and retention

The app uses secure, essential cookies for a one-time sign-in check and an authenticated session lasting up to eight hours. The prototype does not create a marketing profile or a contact database from your Google sign-in information. Workspace records are retained while they are needed for the prototype or until removal is requested. Limited technical records may be processed by the hosting provider to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

Sharing and advertising

Google sign-in information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. It is not shared with influencers or campaign recipients. Service providers may process limited technical information only as needed to deliver and secure the app.

Your choices

You can end your current session by selecting “Sign out.” To request removal from the approved account list, request deletion of workspace records, or ask a privacy question, contact us at lin@shoosha.co.
